In the course of my career I have helped a lot of athletes and sport enthusiasts to reach their goals.
I have two main profiles, however, those who have been training with me know about my dedicated disposition as a kinesiologist. During the training sessions, whether rehabilitation-oriented or otherwise, mobilization, strengthening, stretching and relaxation are always in focus. The method and amount would always be determined by your personal limits. Our musculoskeletal system is capable of swift changes and development, which means the exercises need to be diverse and adjustable to these changes.

Prepare yourself for exciting and diverse training sessions with me even if your previous, painless self does not seem like an achievable prospect at the moment. The various balance tools that are waiting for you on my trainings will have their effect not only on your muscles but on your nervous system as well, improving your sense of balance and coordination.
Fight with me!
We will use tools according to the level of your fitness. If a beginner, you will use your own body weight and a number of tools. Do not worry if you have never exercised before, or if you have had a long gap in exercising! I am here to guide you. If you are on an intermediate or advanced level, we can make use of all the tools available in W54 Fitness with all its cardio and training machines (Hoist, Life Fitness, Star Trac, etc). You are sure not to get bored!
